We are cancelling our physical meeting due to COVID-19 concerns.
Please cancel your hotel reservation at the GT Hotel & Conference Center before Thursday March 12 to avoid late fees (they have a 24-hour advance notice policy). They are not charging cancellation fees for our room block.
We recommend making hotel reservations at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center, which is the closest hotel to the symposium location (0.5 mile walk).
Discounted rates ($149/night) have been secured for SBS participants for the nights of Friday March 13 and Saturday March 14. Reservations must be made by February 13, 2020.

Non-smoking King and Double bedding accommodations have been blocked for this group. Please note that all guestrooms are non-smoking. For any other requests or inquiries, please enter this information within the appropriate request boxes during the reservations process or call the hotel directly by calling (800) 706-2899 or (404) 838-2100, Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm.
Rates for Friday 3/13 and Saturday 3/14 at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center (does not include 16.9% tax and $5 fee):
- $149 per room per night for single or double occupancy
- $159 per room per night for triple occupancy
- $169 per room per night for quadruple occupancy
- Additional person fee: $10 per room per night
For those attendees driving to the hotel, overnight parking is $18 per night. (For unlimited in and out access to the garage, a $21 pass is available.)
